BEL Contracting was contracted by Shell Canada Products to assist with the development of designs, schedules and budgets and then to complete the construction of containment upgrades at their Bare Point Terminals facility.  BEL Contracting also assisted with material and sub-trade procurement and provided comprehensive safety management and supervision of its forces and all sub-trades during construction.  This project involved demolition of concrete as well as above and below ground piping and structures and the installation of berms, slope stabilization measures, concrete structures, asphalt, fire protection and grading of the site.  BEL Contracting successfully completed this project within strict safety guidelines and a tight project schedule.
